Qualifications

You Will:Surpass quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas by driving expansion sales within a portfolio of early-stage accounts with Smartsheet. Lead primary and secondary account teams in collaboration with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Development. Qualify incoming leads and efficiently manage new business sales cycles from start to finish. Acquire new business for Smartsheet by promoting our comprehensive suite of products/services/solutions. Formulate both short and long-term growth and renewal strategies for your customer base. Execute complex, high-value solution-based sales processes. Develop and implement strategic account plans for fewer than 30 enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees). Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and engaging new departments. Establish and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships at all levels. Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing). Manage and finalize intricate sales cycles.

Smartsheet is on the lookout for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead substantial revenue growth within a select group of large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees) while also acquiring new client logos. This strategic position aims to deepen existing customer relationships and broaden Smartsheet's presence within these vital accounts. You will be tasked with crafting and executing comprehensive account plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and engaging new departments across the enterprise. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully onboarding new clients is essential.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and excels at nurturing long-term customer partnerships.

This position is based at Smartsheet in Munich, Germany (hybrid eligible) and reports to the Regional Director, DACH Sales.
