The Role
We are on the lookout for a visionary finance executive to spearhead our Finance & Strategy Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Collaborating closely with the GTM Lead and their executive team, you will report to the Head of Strategic Finance at Block. This role is pivotal in driving our financial strategy, enhancing business modeling, and providing crucial decision support as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership.
As the leader of our strategic GTM partnership, your focus will be on fostering collaboration between finance and GTM functions on Block's most vital initiatives. You will engage in highly strategic analytical work, from crafting acquisition strategies to developing frameworks that evaluate performance across various brands, functions, and channels. This unique position allows you to significantly influence Block's growth trajectory, ensuring we make the best investment decisions that will shape our future.
