Your Impact: Where Strategy Meets Operations
At Drieam, we don't believe in plans that sit untouched; we believe in execution power. As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be the right hand of our Management Team in achieving our ambitious business planning objectives. As we scale rapidly across the Benelux, UK & I, Australia, and the US, you will be the architect who not only facilitates our internal structure's growth but accelerates it proactively. You will lead strategic projects from inception to full adoption across the organization, ensuring our strategy transforms from paper to the driving force behind our global education transformation.
Additionally, you will be the go-to person for various operational themes:
Quality, Security & Privacy: Building Trust. We aspire to be the most reliable partner in education. You will be the driving force behind this foundation:
Risk-based Working: You will help Drieam transform into an organization that proactively manages risks to enable safe innovation.
Practical Frameworks: You will translate complex guidelines such as BIO and SOC2 into workable measures that align with our culture.
Safety Culture: You will create awareness through training, ensuring security becomes ingrained in the DNA of all your colleagues.
Legal & Compliance: You will analyze proposals for new collaborations, identifying risks and opportunities. In consultation with our external lawyer and the Management Team, you will weigh the critical considerations: what is the business impact versus the risks involved? You will advise on necessary safeguards in contracts.
