We are excited to invite ambitious finance and business students with a keen interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and deal strategy to apply for the Summer 2026 Mergers & Acquisitions Internship at our Atlanta, GA office. We seek candidates who are committed to maintaining Aprio's standard of excellence and who are eager to engage in meaningful, transaction-focused projects.

The Summer 2026 Internship Program (June–August) offers students practical training and firsthand experience throughout the complete Mergers & Acquisitions lifecycle. Interns will gain exposure to transactions of varying sizes and benefit from a wide array of deal experiences, direct interactions with engagement teams and leadership, and the chance to build a solid foundation in due diligence and integration support.
