Position Overview:As a Senior Case Manager at BACR, you will deliver exceptional case management services tailored to youth participants of the CHALK programs. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive intake processes, strategic case planning, court advocacy, and referrals for cognitive behavioral therapy, alongside facilitating connections to essential stabilization services.
