Join us as a Supplier Quality and Development Engineer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our suppliers adhere to the rigorous standards set by CSA N299 and ASME NQA‑1. Your expertise will support the safe, compliant, and reliable delivery of critical nuclear projects.

This pivotal position offers the chance to enhance supplier capabilities, reinforce regulatory compliance, and significantly impact the long-term success of our nuclear programs.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments in accordance with CSA N299 / ASME NQA‑1 standards.

  • Ensure suppliers implement and maintain robust, compliant quality management systems.

  • Review and validate supplier quality documentation.

  • Lead supplier development initiatives and foster continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate corrective and preventive actions utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.

  • Verify manufacturing and inspection processes (PPAP, FAI).

  • Maintain comprehensive audit records and documentation integrity.

  • Assist in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

  • Work collaboratively with Procurement, Engineering, and Regulatory teams.

 

Required Experience

 

  • Proven experience in quality engineering, supplier quality assurance, or auditing.

  • In-depth knowledge of supplier quality assurance processes.

  • Experience in the nuclear industry, specifically with NQA‑1 / CSA N299.
