Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Familiarity with software development processes, troubleshooting methodologies, and service restoration techniques will be advantageous.
Join our dynamic team at ion as a Service Support Engineer, where you will be instrumental in the seamless delivery, support, and maintenance of our services. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional assistance to our customers, addressing both technical and functional inquiries with expertise and professionalism.
As a member of the Service Management Team, you will engage in thorough technical investigations, proactively keep our customers informed, and relay any potential software defects to our dedicated Development teams. Additionally, you will lead efforts to restore services in the event of any software or hardware failures, participate in capacity planning, and conduct Business Continuity testing within our Hosted environment.
This position is flexible, allowing you to operate from our offices in Pisa, Milan, or Turin.
