Job Description
As a Support Staff member (weekend and evening), you will be the primary contact (via phone) for our customers during weekends and evenings, responding to incoming emails as well. You will be capable of addressing inquiries quickly, efficiently, customer-focused, and successfully, after you have been fully trained. The workload in the evenings and weekends is light, allowing you time to study or engage in other activities during your shift.
Responsibilities
Responding to inquiries (phone and email);
Resolving technical issues;
Providing excellent service outside regular office hours;
Accurate documentation of conversations
