Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Bac+5) required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in spatial data processing chains, from raw satellite data to end-user delivery. Proven contributions to various space projects involving image processing and dissemination; familiarity with product and processing standardization processes is essential. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.

Join our dynamic Space Business Unit as a System Architect in Spatial Data Processing at CS GROUP in Toulouse. Our Image Skills Center specializes in remote sensing and satellite image processing, contributing to prestigious European Earth observation initiatives in partnership with leading space agencies like CNES, ESA, and EUMETSAT.

Your role will encompass defining both functional and technical architectures during the initial project phases (A, B) and will involve collaborating with a passionate Earth Observation team based in Toulouse, France.

Your Responsibilities

- Design system architectures for data segments.

- Analyze and establish data product standards and processing chains.

- Formulate functional and technical specifications for image processing and dissemination architectures.

- Develop validation plans for these architectures.

- Conduct technology assessments and explore innovative solutions for image processing.

Technical Environment

- Experience with L0 to L2 processors.

- Proficient in large-scale data processing and storage solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud and High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
