Key Responsibilities
- Conduct systems engineering and cybersecurity evaluations for weapons and space cybersecurity assessments.
- Analyze various vulnerability findings and propose conceptual mitigations and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate Risk Management and other business process frameworks to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical perspectives regarding threats and vulnerabilities.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field accounting for 4 years of this experience.
- Proven expertise in Cybersecurity and Systems Engineering, particularly in vulnerability analysis and understanding mission impacts.
- Experience with the engineering of DoD command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) systems.
- Capable of analyzing requirements, deriving system-level specifications, and contributing to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer networks and systems.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the necessary level of polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the DoD Information Network (DODIN) and the certification and accreditation processes for DoD IT systems and networks, including system security authorization agreements and contemporary cybersecurity threats.
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture.
- Working knowledge of DoD IT systems and network certification and accreditation processes, including security authorization agreements.
