Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated Systems Integration Technician Trainee to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves the installation of advanced Commercial Electronic Security Systems, including Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring, Intrusion Alarm Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles. You will engage with clients, vendors, and other contractors to ensure seamless installations and address any potential issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and contractors on-site to facilitate successful installations.
- Travel to job sites as directed by management, assess installation or service/repair needs, and complete repairs to the customer's satisfaction.
- Identify and promote business opportunities for service, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts while acquiring in-depth knowledge of all products.
- Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring the job site is clean and free of debris at the end of each workday.
- Accurately complete job tickets and time sheets to ensure timely processing and submission to payroll.
- Complete all job tasks and collect CODs when applicable; communicate with management regarding any issues with collections or changes in scope of work.
- Keep track of inventory on the truck and have a thorough understanding of all parts, including part numbers and descriptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 A. M. - 3:30 P. M. with the potential for extended hours based on project needs.
