Key Responsibilities:Identify and recruit candidates for technical and strategic roles in AI/ML engineering, platform, strategy, and operations utilizing LinkedIn, industry communities, research networks, events, and creative sourcing techniques. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates to prevent any lapses. Coordinate the interview process from start to finish: scheduling across time zones, preparing interviewers, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate experience and follow-up communications post-interview.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team during this pivotal growth phase. You will collaborate closely with our founders and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent for engineering, AI/ML, strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) positions.

This full-cycle recruiting role emphasizes sourcing and coordinating with a strong focus on enhancing the candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance. You will build talent pipelines for niche roles in AI, energy, and climate, screen candidates, and benefit from learning alongside seasoned hiring managers and an HR lead. In addition to recruiting tasks, you will also support our marketing, events, and content initiatives as part of the GTM team.

This position is perfect for early-career professionals eager to dive into recruiting, highly organized, and motivated by the challenge of building a mission-driven team from the ground up. While prior experience is not a prerequisite, we are looking for individuals with drive, curiosity, and exceptional productivity skills.
