Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role within our HR Shared Services team, offering essential support to DigiCert's global recruitment efforts. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals at the beginning of their HR or Talent Acquisition careers who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic, people-oriented environment. You will facilitate our hiring processes by managing the candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from the initial contact to the final offer.

This role is a day shift position (09:00 – 18:00 SAST), primarily supporting hiring activities in EMEA and early AMS time zones. You will collaborate closely with TA partners and hiring managers during core business hours to ensure comprehensive coverage across European and morning Americas time zones.

This is an 8-month fixed-term contract position.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish job requisitions in Greenhouse, ensuring all necessary approvals and details are included.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across all stages, managing calendars and facilitating communication across global time zones.
  • Communicate with candidates by sending confirmations, reminders, and joining instructions.
  • Maintain and update response templates in Greenhouse for candidate-facing communications.
  • Provide support for AMS and APJ TA queries, ensuring a smooth handover with the broader HRSS team.
  • Assist the TA team with ad-hoc projects, process enhancements, and reporting as required.
  • Oversee daily ATS (Greenhouse) maintenance, including updating pipeline stages, managing candidate dispositions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings as necessary.
