What You Will Drive Forward

  • Active Sourcing: Identify candidates primarily through LinkedIn, conduct initial profile assessments, and take the lead in outreach, turning “interesting” into a conversation.
  • Application Screening: Evaluate applications against clear basic requirements and guide candidates fairly and efficiently through the pipeline.
  • ATS & Tracking: Maintain our ATS clean, up-to-date, and organized, plus manage simple trackers to keep everyone informed of status.
  • Interview Organization: Coordinate end-to-end interview processes: schedule appointments, manage calendars, and equip the team with all necessary information.
  • Candidate Communication: Ensure a strong candidate experience, provide timely updates, answer questions, and guide candidates throughout the process.
  • Interview Flow: Collect feedback from interviews swiftly, follow up, and proactively remind stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Hiring Support: Assist hiring across various teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial) and learn to understand diverse requirements & profiles.
