Role overview
This position centers on recruiting outstanding talent and developing effective hiring strategies. Working closely with the co-founders and executive team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist identifies hiring needs and leads the search for candidates worldwide.
What you will do
- Partner with leadership to define role requirements and build comprehensive hiring strategies.
- Drive recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent globally.
- Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, using data to inform decisions.
- Expand the recruitment team as ARQ scales, hiring additional recruiters as needed.
- Work with other Talent Leads to design and implement scalable talent programs that support company growth.
- Take ownership of projects and processes, contributing initiative and a willingness to go beyond standard expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven setting.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative in managing recruitment projects.
- Ability to use data and metrics to guide hiring strategies.
- Comfort working with global teams and scaling recruitment functions.
