Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs and provide insights on market trends and talent availability. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition process, focusing on diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience. Guide and mentor junior recruiters and other HR team members. Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline of high-quality candidates for immediate and future openings. Utilize data analytics to track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring hiring goals are achieved and recruitment strategies are continuously refined. Work closely with the People Operations team to support talent planning and onboarding processes. Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a technology startup environment. Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Seattle, leads recruitment for a variety of roles at BRINC, including technical positions and leadership hires. This position partners closely with executives and hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies, share insights on market trends, and plan for future talent needs. The role includes driving sourcing efforts, refining recruitment processes, and mentoring junior recruiters to strengthen the team’s hiring capabilities.
