Role Overview: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manila)
Circular Economy Systems is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Manila team. This role plays a key part in building CES’s presence in the Philippines and shaping the new Manila office.
The position centers on sourcing candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill roles that are critical for growth. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers in both Manila and Sydney, taking full responsibility for hiring outcomes and supporting the strategic expansion of CES in the Philippines.
This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to influence how CES attracts and hires talent in a growing market.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire hiring process for specialist and hard-to-fill positions, from role definition through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Design and implement scalable recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers and teams to secure talent that drives success in Manila.
- Develop and carry out proactive sourcing strategies to connect with passive candidates, with an emphasis on direct outreach rather than relying on inbound applications.
- Promote CES’s brand as an innovative international eco-tech company by sharing the mission and values with potential candidates.
