About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee recruiting for our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) divisions at MaintainX. You will lead a team of Talent Partners and Coordinators, manage a personal requisition load for senior and leadership roles, and establish the operational framework for EPD recruitment.
This position is a pivotal building role where you will create the necessary structures for team scalability, including coverage models, pipeline reviews, capacity planning, and standardized interview processes across the three distinct functions. You will report directly to the VP of Talent and collaborate closely with the CTO, VP of Engineering, and leaders in Product and Design.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture the EPD Talent team. Manage a team of Talent Partners and Coordinators based in Montreal, Toronto, and San Francisco. Conduct weekly one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and calibration sessions. Establish clear performance expectations and ensure accountability.
- Drive EPD recruiting outcomes. You will be responsible for the comprehensive hiring plan across Engineering, Product, and Design, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
