The Opportunity

We are in search of a unique individual: a recruiting operations specialist who possesses an engineering mindset. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the automated frameworks that drive our entire talent acquisition process. You will thrive at the intersection of sourcing, operations, and engineering, where your contributions will make a significant impact.

While traditional recruiting operations focus on scaling processes, we are looking for someone who can scale human potential.

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop Automated Sourcing Bots to Generate Talent Pipelines
We require a steady stream of over 10 qualified candidates weekly for each active search across more than 8 roles. You'll utilize tools like Clay, Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or any suitable technology to establish automated sourcing bots featuring multi-channel engagement sequences, quality dashboards, and continual optimization processes.

Create a Market Intelligence Alert System
It's crucial to receive immediate notifications regarding competitor hiring/firing, availability of top candidates, or shifts in compensation trends. You'll set up an automated system to monitor competitor LinkedIn pages, job boards, and relevant news outlets, with alert mechanisms that respond to key talent signals and deliver real-time updates via Slack.

Establish Our Internal Referral and Backchannel Database
Our team boasts over 1,000 first-degree connections that could serve as referrals or backchannels. Your task will be to create an automated system that maps all employee LinkedIn connections, cross-referencing candidates for warm introductions and surfacing backchannel opportunities through Slack.

Streamline Interviewer and Candidate Preparation
To enhance efficiency, you'll automate the preparation processes for both interviewers and candidates, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and aligned.
