When We All Vote is on the lookout for a dynamic Talent, Entertainment, and Sports Engagement Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our initiatives during the 2026 midterm election cycle. We seek an enthusiastic self-starter with a meticulous approach, a passion for making an impact, and a profound knowledge of contemporary culture. The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in managing partnerships, engaging with celebrities and influencers, documenting relationships, and juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

This is a temporary position set to conclude on November 23, 2026.

When We All Vote is a national, nonpartisan movement dedicated to empowering young individuals, particularly Black and Brown voters aged 18–34, to not only participate in democracy but also to shape it. Our mission strives to enhance electoral participation, bridge voting gaps, and transform the cultural landscape around voting. Founded by Michelle Obama, we work at the intersection of civic engagement and culture, mobilizing communities to make voting a routine aspect of life. Through innovative voter education, partnerships, and grassroots programming, we aim to reach, educate, and inspire millions across the nation annually.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Assist with administrative functions, follow-ups on engagements, and project management for our Talent, Entertainment, and Sports Engagement program.
  • Maintain comprehensive trackers for follow-ups, partnerships, and commitments from talent and partners; manage voter registration portal MOUs and agreements; and closely collaborate with the Associate Director to anticipate upcoming requirements.
  • Facilitate scheduling and inter-team communications. Document meeting notes and draft follow-up communications for talent and sports partners, identifying new and ongoing engagement opportunities.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure high-quality deliverables are provided to talent and partners.
  • Conduct research and develop contact lists and background information on potential talent and sports partnerships to guide outreach and onboarding efforts.
  • Support the coordination of on-the-ground logistics for talent activations and events, including travel arrangements, briefing memos, staffing, and real-time communication to ensure a seamless execution and a positive experience for talent.
  • Contribute to various administrative tasks as needed.
