Your Responsibilities:
At STAR, you'll work closely with our Recruitment Consultants, but your focus will be different. While they build client relationships and placements, you will ensure the right talent is identified before the demand arises.
Develop data-driven talent pools across sectors such as infrastructure, industry, pharmaceuticals, food, and energy.
Design intelligent sourcing flows utilizing LinkedIn, tools, and AI.
Implement systems and processes within ATS/CRM and external data sources.
Assist Recruitment Consultants in converting talent pools into concrete placements.
Build a recruitment approach that is predictable, scalable, and future-proof.

You will work with tools such as:
ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Byner and Salesforce-like environments)
LinkedIn Recruiter and external data sources
Automation tools such as Dripify and Hiring Assistant
AI solutions for matching, enrichment, and workflow improvement
Your Impact:
Your work will directly influence how STAR grows. Within 6 to 12 months, you will ensure that we:
Achieve more placements from existing pipelines
Reduce reliance on manual sourcing
Enable consultants to work from insights, data, and dashboards
