Qualifications

Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, particularly in Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing roles. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making. Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to sourcing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.

About The Role:

We are on the lookout for our inaugural Talent Acquisition Sourcer to spearhead top-of-funnel recruitment and talent strategies within our Go-To-Market (GTM) division. In this pivotal role, you will partner with GTM leadership to identify and recruit exceptional candidates for key Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing positions across the APAC region.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the entire sourcing process from initiation to successful closure, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers at every stage.
  • Conduct initial qualification screenings and informal discussions with candidates to evaluate their fit and cultivate relationships.
  • Advance our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (I. D. E. A) initiatives, actively working towards creating diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and sourcing expert, leading effective searches across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to implement process enhancements, programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize the sourcing process.
  • Explore creative and unconventional approaches to build a diverse candidate pipeline for GTM roles at all levels.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships to attract more underrepresented talent to Notion.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Manage sourcing for multiple complex and ongoing searches, devising innovative strategies to attract the best and most diverse talent to Notion.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to define target profile needs.
