Required Qualifications:Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Demonstrated experience in Intelligence Analysis, including but not limited to target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis, as well as familiarity with relevant tools and databases. Foreign language proficiency may be an asset.9 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma, 7 years with an associate's degree, 5 years with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, or 2 years with a doctorate. Preferred Qualifications:Exceptional communication skills. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

At GRVTY, we are on the lookout for skilled Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to enhance our core missions within the Intelligence Community (IC). As a pivotal member of our cyber operations team, you will directly combat cyber threats and adversaries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced analysis on both collection and open-source data to uncover insights and generate actionable leads.
  • Manage target continuity, create detailed profiles of targets and their activities, and innovate methods to acquire additional target information.
  • Maintain and update essential databases related to targeting, tasking, and analysis.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and adapt current collection strategies or initiate new collection efforts to address these gaps.
  • Utilize various analytical disciplines, including pattern recognition, to assess targets' communication patterns, network usage, and digital footprints.
  • Leverage your understanding of IC needs and objectives to inform your analyses.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team comprising government, military, and contractor personnel to build collective insights on intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of specialization.
  • Employ your analytical skills and curiosity to formulate hypotheses, critically evaluate and select analysis techniques, and navigate through data to derive and communicate insights.
  • Document, contextualize, and disseminate your findings, including any novel tradecraft developed, to teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
