Essential Qualifications:Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Proven experience in Intelligence Analysis encompassing target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis, with familiarity in customer toolsets and databases. Foreign language proficiency may be considered as part of experience qualifications. Experience requirements vary based on education: 12 years with a high school diploma/GED, 10 years with an associate's degree, 8 years with a bachelor's degree, 6 years with a master's degree, or 4 years with a doctorate. Desirable Skills:Excellent communication abilities. Able to work collaboratively and independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Impact of Your Role:

GRVTY is actively searching for skilled Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNAs) to enhance pivotal missions within the Intelligence Community (IC). As a cyber specialist, you will be at the forefront of battling cyber threats, collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sophisticated analysis of both collection and open-source data to derive actionable insights and leads.
  • Maintain comprehensive target continuity, profiling targets and their activities while innovating techniques for deeper intelligence gathering.
  • Manage databases effectively for targeting, tasking, and analytical purposes.
  • Identify intelligence gaps to refine existing collection methods or initiate new data collection to address these deficiencies.
  • Utilize various analytical disciplines, including pattern recognition in target communications, network utilization, and digital footprints.
  • Leverage your understanding of IC missions and needs to inform your analysis.
  • Collaborate with government, military, and contractor teams to align on intelligence requirements and mission relevance.
  • Employ your analytical curiosity and skills to formulate hypotheses, critically evaluate analysis techniques, and manipulate data to extract and share insights.
  • Document, contextualize, and disseminate your findings, including any new methodologies developed, to teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
