As an Architecture Team Lead at CESO, you will utilize your advanced architectural expertise and leadership skills to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documentation, specifications, and details across multiple complex projects. Your responsibilities will include managing production teams, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and company best practices. You will actively lead internal and external meetings, providing strategic input and technical guidance based on extensive experience, research, and industry knowledge. Additionally, you will mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration while reviewing and approving architectural deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. You will also leverage software and tools to evaluate and refine designs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to high-level technical reports and project documentation.
