Avomind is hiring a Team Lead, Customer Operations for its Yerevan office. This role sits at the heart of the financial services and trading sector, with a focus on delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and improving operational processes. The position oversees deposit and withdrawal operations, emphasizing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Collaboration is central to this role. The Team Lead works closely with senior operational leaders and partners across departments to refine onboarding and payment workflows. Supporting compliance and risk management efforts is a consistent part of the work.
Main responsibilities
- Team leadership: Guide and support a team of onboarding and processing officers, ensuring strong performance and reliable client back-office operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with back-office teams and stakeholders in payments, processing, and operational support.
- Onboarding process improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in onboarding workflows to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Compliance and risk: Partner with compliance teams to support risk management and ensure activities align with policies and regulations.
- KYC and screening: Oversee client screening processes for timely completion and contribute to KYC framework development.
- Payments processing and investigations: Manage manual deposit and withdrawal operations, including payment investigations and fraud prevention tasks.
- Team development: Foster growth by coaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge within the team.
- Performance management: Provide feedback, monitor KPIs, and support initiatives to raise team performance.
- Reporting and communication: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to leadership.
