Key Responsibilities:Establish consistent weekly communications with clients, overseeing daily business operations and ensuring timely execution through personal accountability, internal teamwork, and the efficient use of resources. Design and manage channel implementation strategies that align with technical requirements and Rithum’s platform capabilities. Execute tactical strategies across the Rithum platform, focusing on operational workflows and leveraging commercial tools like repricing, promotional planning, and algorithmic optimization to boost visibility and maximize revenue. Perform technical assessments, pinpointing areas for improvement and providing proactive recommendations aligned with client objectives. Serve as a reliable technical advisor, assisting clients in overcoming challenges and achieving value through effective utilization of Rithum’s solutions. Take ownership of resolving complex technical issues in conjunction with Product, Engineering, and Client Success Engineering teams. Facilitate communication between client technical teams and Rithum’s internal teams to ensure mutual understanding and efficient execution. Assist in planning the technical roadmap, feature adoption, and feedback loops with key clients.

Role overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) provides strategic technical guidance and operational support to enterprise and strategic clients. This role works closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure technical solutions align with business goals, support smooth implementation across channels, and drive ongoing success through platform optimization and scalable technical approaches.

This is a remote position based in Chicago or open to remote candidates.
