Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities at Orkes:Customer Relationship Management:Act as the primary liaison for designated customers, fostering a comprehensive understanding of their business and technical landscapes. Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Engage regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and adapt to their evolving needs. Technical Support and Solutions:Offer expert technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring effective implementation and operation of our products. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal technical teams as necessary. Conduct technical training sessions and product demonstrations for customers. Account Management:Monitor customer accounts, reporting on usage metrics, service adoption, and potential upselling opportunities. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer success and retention. Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to align account strategies and objectives. Customer Advocacy:Serve as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
