Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact for assigned clients.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their technical architectures, business objectives, and challenges.
- Offer technical guidance, best practices, and solution recommendations to help clients maximize the value of TiDB products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and solutions architecture teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and performance enhancement within client environments.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, serve as an escalation point for technical issues, and work with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders to enhance their understanding and adoption of TiDB products.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in TiDB products, roadmaps, features, and industry trends.
