Your Role
As a Technical Content & Proposals Copywriter, you will be instrumental in shaping SkyGeo’s communication of its expertise to both the market and potential clients. This writing-centric position emphasizes the creation of clear, credible, and compelling technical content, while also bolstering business development through the preparation of high-quality RFP and tender responses.
Your collaboration with subject-matter experts across engineering, geoscience, consulting, sales, and marketing will be crucial in transforming complex ground-motion and InSAR concepts into authoritative written materials. Your contributions will help position SkyGeo as a trusted partner for risk-based decision-making, directly facilitating the acquisition of new projects.
This role encompasses elements of technical communication, marketing support, and business development enablement, with an emphasis on writing quality.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal Support
● Lead and assist in crafting RFPs, tenders, and proposals in collaboration with business development and technical teams.
● Structure, compose, and refine proposal narratives, executive summaries, technical responses, and accompanying documents.
● Ensure proposals are clear, persuasive, well-organized, and aligned with client specifications, accurately reflecting SkyGeo’s capabilities.
● Continuously enhance reusable proposal content, case studies, and supporting resources.
