Key Responsibilities
New Product Development:
Perform cost analysis to establish effective pricing strategies and maintain profitable margins for new product launches.
Create and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely product launches while adhering to quality standards.
Product and Process Development:
Modify existing products to align with changing market demands and customer preferences.
Drive the exploration and integration of technological innovations, including new materials, to boost product performance and competitiveness.
Optimize the selection, maintenance, and use of cutting tools, thereby reducing downtime and enhancing production yields.
Supervise the planning and execution of equipment upgrades.
Investment Management:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful introduction of new products.
Identify and apply strategies to streamline production processes, thus improving overall operational efficiency.
Support initiatives focused on safety and sustainability.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain precise and current bills of materials, ensuring all components and raw materials are accurately identified and sourced.
Create and update technical data sheets.
Produce clear and concise operational drawings and instructions to guide production teams.
Oversee the development of technical competencies.
Complete other assignments as directed by the General Manager.
