Join Storyteq as a Technical Motion Designer (TMD) and immerse yourself at the crossroads of design, technology, and automation. In this dynamic role, you will transform creative assets from renowned global brands into scalable, dynamic templates, ready to be deployed across various markets, formats, and languages. This position uniquely blends motion design expertise with technical problem-solving skills. Proficiency in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with a knack for logic, scripting, and data-driven workflows to enhance creative production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Template Development: Create dynamic After Effects projects and automation-ready templates.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Implement scripting, expressions, and data-driven setups (e.g., CSV/JSON) to devise scalable solutions.
  • Asset Preparation: Optimize and adapt creative files from Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for automation workflows.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough testing, debug render issues, and ensure templates are reliable and well-organized.
  • Documentation & Handover: Maintain structured files, write clear documentation, and facilitate seamless handovers for colleagues.
  • Collaboration: Work in close partnership with Project Managers, Account Managers, and fellow designers to meet client expectations.
  • Client Support: Occasionally articulate workflows, requirements, and logic to clients in an accessible manner.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay curious and up-to-date with new tools, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
