Qualifications
A completed degree or training in computer science, IT systems integration, or a comparable technical qualification. A problem-solving mindset: You enjoy tackling technical challenges, finding pragmatic solutions, and persisting until everything runs smoothly. Experience with software or telephony system integration (e.g., VoIP, SIP, API connections). Excellent organizational skills: You can manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously and maintain a clear overview. Clear, patient, and empathetic communication skills—you can explain technical matters in an understandable way to non-technical clients. Resilience and a solutions-oriented attitude, even when integrations become complex or setbacks occur. Fluency in German at a native level.
