Location: Fully remote, requiring a minimum daily overlap of 2 hours with either US or EU working hours.

Role Overview

The Midnight Foundation is on the lookout for a skilled Technical Program Manager who will spearhead the successful execution of complex, multi-faceted technical programs that encompass protocol development, infrastructure, validators, wallets, and partnerships. This role will convert protocol initiatives into actionable execution strategies, synchronize cross-functional teams, and guarantee that launches and upgrades are executed with utmost precision and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager within highly technical environments.
  • A solid understanding of blockchain systems, including Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions, validators, nodes, wallets, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in managing programs that involve distributed systems, production launches, and collaboration with external partners.
  • Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting requirements, and manage parallel workstreams effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with engineering artifacts such as technical specifications, GitHub repositories, and release plans.
