Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, technical specifications, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical abilities and their compatibility with our company culture.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as Workable ATS, LinkedIn, and other professional networks to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for essential technical roles.
- Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes to improve candidate experiences and hiring efficiencies.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and developments in the technical industry to attract top talent.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- MA/BA Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Desire to learn about various technical roles including QA, UI/UX, Software Development, DevOps, and Product Ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of software development roles such as QA, Product Owner, UI/UX, and various programming languages.
Work Mode: In-office.
Shift Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM.
Location: DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi.
