Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive sales of ZainTECH’s AI and Analytics solutions within enterprise and government sectors. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities related to AI, advanced analytics, and data platforms. Manage a qualified pipeline of AI-related opportunities across ZainTECH’s operating markets. Collaborate with Account Managers to formulate account strategies aimed at expanding AI adoption among existing clients. Lead client engagements to understand business challenges and align AI solutions with strategic priorities. Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate deal closure in partnership with internal stakeholders. Pipeline Development & Opportunity ManagementGenerate pipeline proactively through client engagement, partner collaboration, and market outreach. Conduct discovery sessions with senior business and technology stakeholders to pinpoint AI and analytics opportunities. Utilize structured qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT) to evaluate deal viability and prioritize opportunities. Track and manage opportunities within the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. Deliver pipeline visibility and sales performance insights to sales leadership. Solution Positioning & Value SellingPosition ZainTECH’s AI and analytics offerings across:AI Readiness & Data GovernanceAdvanced Analytics & Machine LearningGenerative AI solutionsAgentic AI and autonomous AI systemsTranslate complex AI and data platform capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI-driven value propositions. Lead executive-level presentations, value-based sales discussions, and business case development. Collaborate with presales and technical teams to design and position solutions aligned with client requirements. Partner & Ecosystem CollaborationEngage with hyperscaler partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and others to drive collaborative success.

About the job

As a Technical Sales Consultant specializing in AI & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in propelling revenue growth through the identification and development of strategic opportunities within ZainTECH’s cutting-edge Intelligent solutions portfolio. This encompasses a diverse range of offerings, including AI Readiness, Data Governance, Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

Your primary focus will be to engage with enterprise and government clients across the MENA region, addressing their business challenges and positioning AI and analytics solutions that yield tangible outcomes such as enhanced revenue, improved operational efficiency, and reduced risk. Collaborating closely with Account Managers, presales specialists, and partner ecosystems, you will take ownership of pipeline development, deal progression, and the successful closure of AI-related opportunities.
