Role Overview
As a Technical Sourcer at Range, you will be instrumental in driving our technical recruiting initiatives, focusing on sourcing exceptional candidates for engineering, product, data, and other technical teams. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical talent on a large scale.
This position is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who possesses hands-on experience in sourcing technical candidates and is eager to apply creativity, experimentation, and a sense of ownership in how Range attracts high-quality talent.
We are thrilled to fill this position at our headquarters located in McLean, VA. All roles follow a Monday through Friday in-office schedule, fostering direct collaboration with your team. Your Responsibilities
Lead the sourcing efforts for technical roles, cultivating a robust pipeline of engineers, data specialists, and other technical talent.
Proactively identify candidates through both conventional and innovative sourcing methods.
Evaluate incoming applications for technical positions and assess candidate fit in relation to role specifications and Range’s core values.
Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate in a competitive technical hiring landscape.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine and optimize sourcing strategies.
