Role Overview
As a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) at Finch, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience. TSEs are specialists in the Finch platform, providing impactful technical solutions to users facing challenges. In addition to managing inbound support tickets, TSEs focus on disseminating knowledge about the Finch ecosystem to existing and potential customers.

Embracing innovation, you will proactively deliver the right information to users at the right time. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Developer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure exceptional service for our clients.
