Your Role
Join us at Turnkey as a Technical Support Engineer, where you will empower developers to seamlessly integrate, troubleshoot, and excel with our innovative SDKs and APIs across various platforms, from React and mobile applications to backend servers and CLI tools. You will serve as the primary technical expert, assisting customers in creating the next wave of crypto products using Turnkey’s solutions.
Your day-to-day will involve analyzing code, diagnosing issues, and quickly resolving developer roadblocks, all while identifying opportunities to enhance our SDKs, documentation, and overall platform experience.
This hands-on, technical position requires a keen debugging skillset, customer-centric approach, and a holistic mindset. It's ideal for someone passionate about problem-solving, thriving in dynamic environments, and eager to contribute to a team dedicated to delivering exceptional developer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues across our SDKs and APIs for web, mobile, and backend integrations.
Debugging integrations across diverse platforms and programming languages.
Identifying, reproducing, and documenting bugs, collaborating with engineering to ensure resolutions.
Supporting customers in their integration setups and verification, including configuration, authentication flows, and signing.
Creating and maintaining example code, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation.
Recognizing patterns in recurring issues and suggesting enhancements to documentation and SDKs.
Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions.
Contributing to the improvement of internal tools and processes to scale our technical support capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering roles.
Proficiency in TypeScript and React, with familiarity in React Native or other mobile SDKs.
Experience in debugging APIs (REST, JSON, authentication headers, 4xx/5xx errors, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to explore unfamiliar systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer empathy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
A genuine passion for contributing to a world-class developer experience.
