Qualifications: Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required. Experience: 5+ years of customer support, technical support, or security engineering experience for an enterprise cloud-based platform. Experience in providing support to enterprise customers in a startup environment. Understanding of role-based access control and least privilege access practices. Broad knowledge of fundamental information security concepts. Proficient understanding of Identity Providers such as Okta and Azure. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and troubleshooting cloud service issues. In-depth knowledge of identity and access management practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take comprehensive ownership of customer issues, providing both technical and non-technical support, from initial troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Facilitate the escalation and prioritization of product defects to our engineering team.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their voice is heard within product and engineering teams.
  • Create and disseminate knowledge through various formats, both internally and externally.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Veza products within the support team.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and R&D to achieve positive customer outcomes.
