Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with hardware-related issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity challenges.
- Assemble, set up, and configure hardware components according to specifications.
- Identify and repair defective hardware, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, and hard drives.
- Execute component replacements and hands-on repairs as required.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance to maintain hardware performance.
- Utilize a ticketing system to log and track issues, ensuring timely resolutions and follow-ups.
- Engage with users to understand their issues and communicate clear instructions and solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support tickets, repairs, and hardware inventory.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
