Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in an IT service desk or hardware support role. Strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting. Experience in LAN/Wi-Fi network troubleshooting. Ability to assemble and configure computer systems and peripherals. Hands-on experience with repairing and replacing faulty components. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Effective complaint resolution and task management capabilities. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 IT support).

  • Diagnose and resolve LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity challenges.
  • Assemble, set up, and configure hardware components according to specifications.
  • Identify and repair defective hardware, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, and hard drives.
  • Execute component replacements and hands-on repairs as required.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance to maintain hardware performance.
  • Utilize a ticketing system to log and track issues, ensuring timely resolutions and follow-ups.
  • Engage with users to understand their issues and communicate clear instructions and solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support tickets, repairs, and hardware inventory.
