About the job

As a Technical Trainer at RAVO, you will take on the exciting responsibility of designing, planning, and delivering training sessions for our diverse range of RAVO machinery. This dynamic role involves engaging with various technologies, including electronics, hydraulics, diesel drives, and the latest electric vehicle (EV) technologies for our electric-powered line.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will:

  • Promote training programs to dealers closely collaborating with our sales teams;

  • Support other training initiatives across our sister company locations;

  • Coordinate and maintain a safe working environment during training workshops;

  • Gather insights from sales, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance training effectiveness.

Since 2009, RAVO has been part of the Fayat Group, a French family-owned business with over 130 autonomous organizations. RAVO operates as a distinct business unit alongside its sister companies, Dulevo, Mathieu, and Scarab within the Cleantech sector. The RAVO Academy, located in Alkmaar, is where you will spend approximately 70% of your time, welcoming small groups or conducting webinars from our in-house studio, with English as the primary language. You will also provide training to dealers abroad, typically involving short trips lasting a few days (about 30% of the time).

As a member of the After Sales department and the Academy team, you will contribute to the growth in both domestic and international markets. Alongside the expansion of the current RAVO team, you will collaborate with Technical Trainers from our locations in the United Kingdom and France, reporting directly to the Manager of the RAVO Academy.

We offer you a professional environment where you can be yourself. Together with your colleagues, you will work in a positive atmosphere. RAVO is characterized as an informal, family-oriented, and engaged organization. We provide a one-year contract with the intention of long-term collaboration.
