As a Technical Writer at Thought Machine, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical documentation and educational materials. We are seeking an individual who goes beyond merely documenting features, striving to empower our users to fully master our products. You will create a cohesive learning pathway, ensuring that technical documentation and educational resources complement each other effectively, enabling engineers to get started quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design structured courses and tutorials that guide users from their initial API call to a fully operational implementation.
  • Develop and maintain developer-focused documentation that acts as the definitive source for our products.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and client-facing teams to gather insights, identify user challenges, and ensure our content remains current and accurate.
  • Utilize user feedback to refine and enhance our documentation site into a premier resource.
