Planning, monitoring, and enhancing technological processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
Preparing, maintaining, and updating documentation (technological and quality-related).
Collaborating in the implementation of new procedures and validation of processes.
Conducting oversight of processes and safety, ensuring operations comply with legislation, internal regulations, quality systems, and standards.

Technology Specialist for Cleaning
Overseeing cleaning technologies in ice cream and chocolate production.
Introducing new cleaning technologies and chemicals and collaborating with external experts and suppliers.
Conducting microbiological sampling and confirming the cleanliness of production lines.
Training employees on proper and safe cleaning procedures.
Production Technology Specialist
Planning, organizing, and managing the production process.
Monitoring technological parameters and ensuring stable product quality.
Tackling technological challenges and optimizing processes.
Training employees and ensuring safe work, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
