The Telesales Recovery Specialist will focus on re-engaging customers who have churned, become inactive, or failed to renew their contracts. This role will require identifying the reasons for customer churn, rebuilding trust with previous clients, and providing customized solutions such as revised pricing, packages, or incentives to reactivate their accounts. You will collaborate closely with the Business Development, Account Management, and Product teams to transform lost opportunities into renewed revenue while offering valuable insights on customer pain points to help minimize future churn.
