Position Summary:
The Tenant Experience Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between tenants and key external vendors, ensuring the successful execution of diverse initiatives such as amenities, tenant events, vendor outreach, and civic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Communication
- Act as the primary contact between the Property Management team and tenants.
- Lead communications among tenants, vendors, management, and community representatives.
- Gather personalized tenant information for events like birthdays and anniversaries; manage appreciation gifts and recognition initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute Welcome Packages for new tenants, including a welcome gift and tenant handbook.
- Provide regular updates to tenants about upcoming events and activities.
- Collaborate with local businesses to create discount programs for tenants.
- Share flyers and communications about tenant activities and events.
- Welcome tenants daily from 8 AM to 9 AM as they enter the building.
- Ensure that the amenity guide/brochure is current, easily accessible on the property website, and available in print at the tenant experience desk.
- Facilitate annual meetings with individual tenants to gather feedback and suggestions for enhancing their experience.
- Maintain an accurate tenant contact list through an annual contact form distribution.
- Support the company’s Director of ESG in promoting health and wellness initiatives at the property level.
- Identify community outreach opportunities for tenant engagement.
