We are seeking a skilled Tendering & Procurement Administrator to oversee and enhance our tendering operations. In this pivotal role, you will monitor procurement portals and facilitate the comprehensive bid submission process. You will serve as the primary coordination hub connecting Business Development (BD), procurement, and leadership teams, ensuring prompt identification and submission of lucrative opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering Inbox & Opportunity Tracking
• Efficiently manage the tendering inbox and assess incoming RFPs/RFQs.
• Identify pertinent opportunities and ensure they are accurately uploaded to the RFP tracker.
• Keep precise and updated tracking of all opportunities to ensure no deadlines are missed.
Portal Monitoring & Management
• Vigilantly monitor procurement and vendor portals such as:
• Etimad Platform
• SAP Ariba
• Download RFP documents, track updates, and manage deadlines effectively.
Bid Submission Support
• Collaborate closely with the BD team and leadership to address opportunities.
• Prepare and organize all submission requirements and necessary documents.
• Ensure final submissions are uploaded on portals within set deadlines, guaranteeing compliance with all requirements.
Vendor Registration
• Register the company as a vendor on relevant client platforms.
• Submit necessary documentation and maintain current company profiles.
• Monitor and follow up on the registration status diligently.
Internal Coordination
• Circulate opportunities and updates efficiently with the BD team and leadership.
• Proactively follow up to ensure alignment and timely actions across all teams.
