Role Overview: Territory Account Executive – Retail Solutions
This Arlington, TX-based role focuses on growing Toast's presence in retail. The Territory Account Executive will join a team working to reshape operations for local convenience stores, groceries, and bottle shops. The position calls for a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to each client’s needs.
What You Will Do
- Engage with prospects in your territory to understand their business goals and challenges
- Build and maintain relationships with owners and managers of convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops
- Present and demonstrate the Toast Retail platform, showing how it addresses each client’s requirements
- Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to Toast’s solutions
- Represent Toast’s brand and values as we enter new markets
What We Look For
- Sales experience, preferably in retail or technology solutions
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building something new
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
