Join ODORZX INC., a leading company in the car washing and detailing industry, as a dedicated and experienced Working Territory Manager. In this role, you will oversee car wash and detailing operations within your assigned territory, which requires significant travel, approximately 50% of your working hours will be spent visiting various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel 50%-75% of the time.
- Oversee and manage car washing and detailing operations in your designated territory.
- Perform vehicle detailing and washing as required.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Train and mentor team members, enhancing their skills through guidance and support.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor operations, provide guidance, and resolve any issues.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness while upholding quality standards.
- Promote a culture of safety by adhering to established protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the car washing and detailing sector.
- A minimum of 10 years of management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of car washing and detailing processes, equipment, and products.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time or more.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- At ODORZX INC., we provide competitive compensation with a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement in our dynamic organization.
