Position Summary
We are looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager (also referred to as Area Directors at N2) who will launch, grow, and oversee a BeLocal publication in your area. If selected, you will take on the role of a local publisher, generating revenue, establishing partnerships with local business owners, and crafting a magazine that embodies the essence of your community.
Your initial months will focus on building your territory and client portfolio, leading to the growth of an asset that you will own.
This hybrid role includes both in-person community engagement and remote work from your home office.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to create long-lasting advertising partnerships.
- Forge meaningful community relationships using a proven engagement model.
- Link local businesses with their target customers through your publication.
- Engage homeowners to gather authentic, community-driven content.
- Oversee your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
- Collaborate with N2's national team for design, production, training, and continuous support.
- Lead the growth of your publication as the face of Stroll in your market.
